"Sleepy Hollow Farm" as its name suggests has not always been a restaurant & farm shop.  In 1990 a house was designed and built by our family and straw bale chicken sheds were put up to house some free range chickens, a time when we collected eggs in straw baskets & would sell them to locals and passing trade.

The farm has grown year on year with dramatic growth particularly in the past 4 years.  It started with the addition of a small coffee shop in the garden housing  just half a dozen tables.  Word quickly spread about our homemade cakes, snacks & light meals along with our friendly, warm customer approach, much to our surprise we were voted best Coffee Shop in Cornwall by "Taste of the West" in our 2nd year. Following this success and customer demand part of the house that was originally a garage, was converted into a farm shop & fully licensed restaurant that has been further extended to cater for up to 80 people.

The farm shop has been recently moved to allow us to put the finishing touches to our restaurant with the addition of a Bar & Lounge area complimenting our restaurant entrance. You can however still  find a range of local produce, homemade jams, cakes  & our "Proper" homemade Cornish pasties there.

With a selection of good wholesome food that is fresh, tasty and affordable our menu is based on traditional home-style cooking which can be enjoyed by all.
Come and visit this Cornish gem tucked away between Callington & Gunnislake along the A390, with our exceptional views over the Tamar Valley & Plymouth Sound it's the perfect setting for any occasion.
